OREO Caramel Clusters

• 28 KRAFT Caramels
• 1 Tbsp. water
• 60 Mini OREO Bite Size Cookies
• 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

1. Place caramels and water in small saucepan; cook on medium-low heat until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
2. Set aside.
3. Arrange cookies, in 20 clusters of 3, on large lightly greased baking sheet.
4. Spoon 1 tsp.
5. of the caramel mixture over each cluster of cookies; drizzle each with 1 tsp.
6. of the melted chocolate.
7. Let stand until set.
8. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
