BOCA Pesto Rigatoni

  1. Mix pesto and cream until blended.
  2. Cook all remaining ingredients except cheese in saute pan, stirring frequently.
  3. Add pesto sauce; cook and stir until heated through.
  4. For each serving: Spoon 3 cups pasta mixture onto serving plate; sprinkle with 1 Tbsp.
  5. cheese.
