B.A.T. Tostadas

  1. In a small bowl, mash 2 of the avocados with 1 tablespoon of lime juice and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  2. Cut the remaining 2 avocados into 1/2-inch dice and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon lime juice.
  3. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 10 minutes.
  4. Break into 2 inch pieces.
  5. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, gently toss together diced avocado, tomatoes, and the remaining 1 tablespoon of lime juice.
  6. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  7. Spread mashed avocado on tostada shells, dividing evenly.
  8. Spoon tomato mixture on top.
  9. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese.
