London Broil With Butter Sauce Recipe

  1. Have butcher skin steak and score lightly.
  2. Rinse and dry quickly.
  3. Trim excess fat.
  4. Place steak in non-metallic container and rub it well all over with fresh lemon juice and then extra virgin olive oil.
  5. Chill for 3 hrs.
  6. Preheat broiler.
  7. Place cookie tin under flame till it is warm.
  8. Put steak on warm buttered tin 2 inches from flame.
  9. Broil 5 min; turn and broil 3 min.
  10. Combine butter, pepper, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
  11. Keep hot till steak is done.
  12. Spread sauce on steak.
  13. Carve on diagonal into thin slices.
  14. Serves 4.
