Mini-Quiches

• 8 ounces cottage cheese
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 4 ounces cheddar cheese, very old, sharp shredded
• 1/2 cup biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
• 1/4 cup butter melted
• 3 large eggs

1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
2. Mix all ingredients with Electric mixer.
3. Grease mini-muffin tins or use Teflon ones.
4. Fill 3/4 full.
5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.
