Tuna Pasta Primavera Salad
- 2 cups Barilla Penne Rigate Pasta, cooked and chilled
- 2 cups frozen broccoli, cauliflower and red pepper mix, steamed and chilled
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 tsp. dried basil
- 2 tbsp. minced green onions (including tops)
- 2 cans (6 oz. each) StarKist Solid White
- Chunk Light Tuna, drained and chunked
- 1 cup creamy Italian dressing
- bottled alfredo sauce
- 3 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- Romano cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- In large bowl combine all ingredients except lettuce and cheese.
- Chill 2 to 3 hours.
- Divide salad greens among 6 salad plates.
- Spoon generous portions of tuna mixture on each plate.
- Garnish with cheese.
