Bacon And Tomato Dip Recipe
- 8 slc Bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 1 x Tomato, peeled, minced
- 8 ounce Cream cheese, cubed
- 1/4 c. Mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Dry whole basil
- 1 loaf (1 lb.) round loaf bread, optional Tomato rose Fresh parsley sprigs
- Combine first 7 ingredients in container of an electric blender; process on high speed 1 minute or possibly till smooth.
- Cover and refrigerateat least 1 hour.
- Serve with assorted crackers or possibly toasted bread cubes.
- If you like, hollow out a round loaf of bread, and place dip inside.
- Garnish, if you like
- Yield: 1 3/4 c.
