Turncoat Eggs

• 1 poached eggs
• 1 hash brown patties
• 1 ham slices or Canadian bacon
• 1 hollandaise packet
• 1 chopped chives

1. Bake hash browns according to directions.
2. Poach eggs.
3. Warm ham in pan.
4. Prepare hollandaise according to directions.
5. ( I have tried many hollandaise recipes, but still prefer the package stuff.)
6. Assemble as follows: hash brown, ham, egg, hollandaise.
7. Top with chives, salt and pepper.
8. Enjoy!
