Veal Casino Recipe
- 4 veal chops or possibly cutlets - 1 1/2 lbs. (boneless chicken breasts may, also, be used)
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 4 minced tomatoes or possibly 1 lg. can
- 1 can artichoke hearts, liquid removed and minced
- 1 med. onion, minced
- Dash of dry mustard
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can olives, black pitted and minced (flour and oil)
- Flour veal lightly and saute/fry in warm oil till browned.
- Remove.
- Add in all remaining ingredients to pan.
- Saute/fry 20 min and pour over veal.
