Sauteed Hotdogs and Carrots in Sauerkraut

• 2 lb beef hotdogs use your favorite
• 14 oz Baverian style sauerkraut the one with caraway seeds in it
• 27 oz sauerkraut
• 1/2 cup sliced carrots
• 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin

1. Heat oil add the carrots saute for 4 minutes stirring occasionally.
2. Add both sauerkrauts to carrots in pan.
3. Add hotdogs saute covered for 7-8 minutes.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Let sit 5 minutes.
6. Serve hope you enjoy!
