Tuna With Artichoke Heart Relish

  1. In skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil.
  2. Saute garlic.
  3. Add artichokes, onions and sun dried tomatoes.
  4. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
  6. Serve on lettuce lined plates.
