California Style Ratatouille Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients on large sheet of foil (shiny side down) and mix by hand to ensure all vegetables are coated.
  2. Lay same size foil flat on top (shiny side up) and fold each edge up to create a flat envelope with all edges sealed.
  3. Don't pierce foil.
  4. Heat grill to medium-high heat and place in closed barbecue for 20 to 30 min, turning twice during which time.
