Peppy Panini

  1. Heat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. Slice forcaccia in half horizontally.
  3. Spread each half with 3 tablespoon cream cheese.
  4. Layer one half with tomato, bell pepper, pepperoni and cheese.
  5. Cover with remaining bread half.
  6. Wrap tightly in foil.
  7. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until hot.
  8. Cut into wedges.
