Dorothy's E Z Cherry Cobbler Recipe
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can pie filling
- Heat butter and pour into a 10-inch pie plate.
- Combine sugar, flour, salt, baking pwdr and lowfat milk.
- Pour into pie plate.
- Next, pour pie filling into center of batter.
- It forms its own crust.
- Bake for 45 min at 350 degrees.
- (I usually bake this on a cookie sheet.)
