Roasted Florets

  1. Preheat oven to 450F
  2. Place florets in a large bowl with oil, salt, pepper & pepper flakes and toss to coat.
  3. Spread out on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast the vegetables, stirring once, until tender-crisp and browned in spots, 15 to 25 minutes.
  5. Serve hot or warm with lemon wedges, if desired.
  6. Enjoy.
