Chicken keema

  1. Heat oil in pan and fry the vegetables for a couple of minutes.
  2. Add all the spices too.
  3. Add the chicken keema, mix well and stir fry for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Serve hot, top with some fresh parsley.
  5. Best eaten with steamed rice, roti or bread.
