Bacon Bleu Sprouts
- 2 stalks of Brussel sprouts
- 12 slice thick cut smoked bacon
- 10 oz Bleu cheese crumbles
- 1 heavy cream
- Cut bacon into bits and fry in large skillet fry till almost crispy
- Cut sprouts in half and add to skillet with bacon fry till soft and slightly browned
- Add bleu cheese crumbles and stir until melted
- Add enough heavy cream to make a sauce.
- Simmer to thicken
