Chili Rice Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Place cooked rice in Pam-sprayed casserole dish.
  3. Spread 1/2 of onions and 1/2 of cheese over rice.
  4. Heat chili, then pour over rice.
  5. Top with remaining onions and cheese, then the crushed Fritos corn chips.
  6. Bake in oven for 25 minutes.
