Figs Wrapped in Country Ham

  1. Preheat the broiler and lightly grease a broiler pan.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Wrap one slice of ham around each fig half and place on the prepared pan with the cut side up.
  4. Broil 3 minutes.
  5. Serve drizzled with balsamic vinegar.
