Whisky Glazed Carrot
- 3 carrot
- 1/2 cup whisky
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp parsley or chives
- in pan melt butter then add carrot mix well then in low heat for 2 minutes
- add whisky and let it bubble for half a minute
- add brown sugar and mix well and simmer in low heat for 15 minutes
- season with salt and pepper then serve top garnish
- great as a side dish with baked chicken too
