Whisky Glazed Carrot

  1. in pan melt butter then add carrot mix well then in low heat for 2 minutes
  2. add whisky and let it bubble for half a minute
  3. add brown sugar and mix well and simmer in low heat for 15 minutes
  4. season with salt and pepper then serve top garnish
  5. great as a side dish with baked chicken too
