Savory Garlic-Ginger Pork Chops

  1. Make supper super-quick!
  2. Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Brown pork chops for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
  4. Add hoisin sauce, water, soy sauce, grated ginger, garlic, onion powder and a dash of hot pepper sauce.
  5. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve with your favorite veggies.
