Savory Garlic-Ginger Pork Chops
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 4 pork chops
- 1/4 c. hoisin sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. ginger
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1 dash of hot pepper sauce
- Make supper super-quick!
- Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Brown pork chops for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
- Add hoisin sauce, water, soy sauce, grated ginger, garlic, onion powder and a dash of hot pepper sauce.
- Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite veggies.
