Savory Meatloaf

• 1 small onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 1/2 cup shredded carrots Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite CATALINA Dressing, divided
• 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
• 1 cup water
• 1-1/2 lb. extra-lean ground beef
• 2 egg whites
• 1/4 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06

1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. Cook onions, carrots and garlic in 1/4 cup dressing in skillet on medium heat 5 min.
3. Transfer to large bowl; stir in stuffing mix and water.
4. Add meat and egg whites; mix just until blended.
5. Shape into 9x5-inch loaf; place on rack of broiler pan.
6. Combine remaining dressing and ketchup; spread over meatloaf.
7. Bake 50 min.
8. or until done (160F).
9. Let stand 5 min.
10. before serving.
