Almond Cake

  1. preheat the oven to 325.Grease 9- or 10" cake mold.dust with flour and put parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl of food processor.grind the sugar.almond paste.and 1/4 cup of flour.the mixture resembles sand
  3. in abowl whisk together the remainig 3/4 cup of flour .baking powder and salt
  4. once the almond paste is completely broken ad the cubes of butter vanilla and almond extra proses until is very fluffy
  5. add the eggs 1 at the time
  6. add half the flour mixture and pulse and then the rest
