Peanut Butter Cup Cupcakes
- 18 peanut butter cup miniatures
- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
- 2 Tbsp. multi-colored sprinkles
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place 1 peanut butter cup in each of 18 paper-lined muffin cups.
- Prepare cake batter as directed on package.
- Add dry pudding mix; mix well.
- Spoon into muffin cups.
- Bake as directed on package for cupcakes; cool completely.
- Frost cupcakes with COOL WHIP; top with sprinkles.
