Perfect Custard Pie Recipe
- Prepared unbaked pie shell
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon almond flavor (optional)
- 2 1/2 c. scalded lowfat milk
- Blend Large eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and almond flavor.
- Gradually stir in scalded lowfat milk.
- Put in pie shell.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg.
