Plum Cake

  1. Pour all ingredients in a bowl; mix well with a spoon.
  2. Pour into a well-greased tube or bundt pan.
  3. Bake in a 350F oven for about an hour.
  4. Test to see if done.
  5. A few minutes more may be required.
  6. Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.
  7. Run a knife around the edge and then leave in the pan for awhile longer.
  8. Turn out onto a plate.
  9. ICING: Combine icing sugar and lemon juice; pour over cake.
