Butter Chicken Pizza
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 whole Small Chicken Breasts, Diced
- 1 jar (14 Oz. Size) Butter Chicken Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Sriracha Chili Sauce
- 1 whole Prepared Pizza Dough Spread On A Nonstick Cookie Sheet
- 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
- 2 cups Grated Mozzarella
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a medium saute pan, heat oil over medium high heat.
- Add chicken breasts and saute until browned and cooked through.
- Add the jarred butter chicken sauce and the Sriracha.
- Bring to a simmer and turn off the heat.
- Set aside.
- Top the prepared pizza dough with the butter chicken; you may not need all the chicken and sauce.
- Then add the tomatoes, followed by the mozzarella.
- Bake for 15 minutes and then lower heat to 375 degrees F and bake for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese is browned and the crust is golden.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the cilantro.
- Allow the pizza to cool in the pan for 5-6 minutes.
- Move to a cutting board and slice into squares.
