Butter Chicken Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a medium saute pan, heat oil over medium high heat.
  3. Add chicken breasts and saute until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add the jarred butter chicken sauce and the Sriracha.
  5. Bring to a simmer and turn off the heat.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Top the prepared pizza dough with the butter chicken; you may not need all the chicken and sauce.
  8. Then add the tomatoes, followed by the mozzarella.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes and then lower heat to 375 degrees F and bake for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese is browned and the crust is golden.
  10. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the cilantro.
  11. Allow the pizza to cool in the pan for 5-6 minutes.
  12. Move to a cutting board and slice into squares.
