Spicy Tuna Bites
- 1 Small Cucumber
- 1/2 pounds Raw, Sushi-grade Tuna Of Choice. (I Used Yellowfin)
- 1 Tablespoon Green Onion, Diced
- 1/4 cups Plain, Non-fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha, Or To Taste
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- Salt To Taste
- 1 Sliced Nori (seaweed) Sheet, To Garnish
- 1.
- Slice the cucumber into 1/4-inch thick circles and lay them out onto a plate.
- 2.
- Dice the tuna and throw it into a medium-sized mixing bowl with the green onions.
- 3.
- Into the bowl, add the Greek yogurt, Sriracha, garlic powder and salt.
- Make sure to taste and adjust the salt to your preference.
- 4.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of tuna onto each cucumber slice and garnish with additional Sriracha and sliced nori (if desired.)
- Alternately, if you want it to taste even more like sushi, mix some extra minced nori into the tuna mixture.
- 5.
- Devour!
