Meyer Lemon Chicken Stir-Fry with Green Beans

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the oil and then stir in the onions and garlic.
  3. Cook for about 2 minutes or until the onions are soft.
  4. Add the chicken and green beans stirring occasionally, cook until the chicken is lightly browned and cooked through, 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. Stir in the Meyer lemon zest, juice and brown sugar.
  6. Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
