Three Cheese Loaf

  1. Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Roll dough into a 19x15-inch rectangle.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest 10 minutes.
  4. In a medium size bowl, combine cheeses and pepper and mix well.
  5. Remove wrap from dough and brush dough with butter.
  6. Sprinkle cheese mixture evenly over dough.
  7. Roll up, starting with a long side.
  8. Place on a sprayed baking sheet , seam side down and tuck ends under.
  9. Cut 3 slits, 1/4-inch deep, along the top of the loaf.
  10. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise 30-45 minutes.
  11. Remove wrap and bake at 350 degrees F 25-30 minutes.
