Scalloped Potatoes With Green Pepper & Ham Recipe

  1. Combine flour, salt and pepper; set aside.
  2. In greased shallow 2 qt casserole layer a third each of potatoes, flour mix, green pepper, onions and ham.
  3. Repeat layers twice.
  4. Add in lowfat milk.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover and bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for 45 min.
  7. Uncover and bake 30 to 40 min longer or possibly till potatoes are tender.
  8. Let stand 10 min before serving.
  9. Makes 4 servings.
  10. NOTE: If ham is very salty, reduce salt.
