G. G.'s Fried Balogna With Gravy

  1. Cook onion and garlic in butter or oil in large frying pan until transparent.
  2. Add bologna and brown lightly.
  3. Add ketchup and water.
  4. Cover and cook 15-20 minutes.
  5. Mix 1/4 cup cold water with 1 T. cornstarch and use this to thicken your sauce.
  6. Serve this over mashed potatoes, rice or bread.
