Frozen Chocolate Flecked Mousse

  1. COMBINE crumbs and butter.
  2. Press evenly over bottom and 1 inch (2.5cm) up sides of a 9 inch (1 L/23cm) springform pan or 9 inch pie plate.
  3. Chill.
  4. BEAT egg whites until foamy throughout, gradually add sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold in yogurt and vanilla.
  6. CHOP chocolate in food processor or blender until fine crumbs; fold into egg mixture.
  7. Beat cream until stiff; fold in chocolate mixture.
  8. Pour into pan; cover and freeze until firm, 8 hours or overnight.
