Weight Watchers Guilt-Free Pumpkin Pie

  1. Preheat over to 375.
  2. In a food processor, combine graham crackers, crisco and water.
  3. Press into the bottom of a 9'' pie tin and bake for 7 minutes.
  4. Remove form the oven.
  5. Combine eggs, pumpkin, sugar and spices; pour over the crust.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
