Sno-Ball Cake

  1. Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
  2. Add boiling water until dissolved.
  3. Add sugar, lemon juice, pineapple and juice.
  4. Chill until partly firm.
  5. Whip 2 envelopes of Dream Whip (as directed on package).
  6. Fold into gelatin mixture.
  7. Line large bowl with aluminum foil.
  8. Break cake into pieces; add layer for layer of angel food cake and gelatin mixture.
  9. Chill overnight.
  10. Remove from bowl by laying plate on top.
  11. Turn upside-down.
  12. Mix other package of Dream Whip and spread over cake.
  13. Put coconut all over the cake. Top with red or green maraschino cherries cut in half.
  14. May also use 9 x 13-inch pan.
