Cherry Sauce For Ham Or Pork Recipe

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, salt.
  2. Stir in juices, cherries, and seasonings.
  3. Cook and stir over medium heat till thick and bubbly.
  4. Cook and stir 1 to 2 min more.
  5. Serve hot with ham or possibly pork.
  6. Makes 2 2/3 c. sauce.
