Cookies and Cream Cake

• 1 package cake mix, white
• 10 each cookies
• 1 1/4 cups water
• 3/4 cup vegetable shortening
• 13 cup vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 each egg whites
• 2 each egg whites
• 1 cup oreo cookies crushed

1. Heat oven to 350F (180C).
2. Grease and flour 2 round cake pans.
3. In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients except cookies.
4. Mix at low speed until moistened.
5. Beat 2 minutes at high speed.
6. Stir in crushed cookies.
7. Bake at 350F (180C).
8. for 25 to 35 minutes or until it tests done.
9. Cool layers.
10. Frost.
