Chile garlic shrimp

  1. Clean and devein shrimp and put in large bowl.
  2. Cook bacon in pan that you can eventually cook shrimp in.
  3. Large cast iron works perfect.
  4. Cook until crisp.
  5. Don't drain grease, set aside.
  6. Dice bacon
  7. Add dry ingredients to shrimp.
  8. Add olive oil and toss.
  9. Marinade in fridge for at least 45 min.
  10. Reheat pan on medium, add bacon and shrimp.
  11. Cook until shrimp are pink.
  12. Enjoy in a great taco with my mango pico.
