Chile garlic shrimp
- 2 lb medium to jumbo shrimp
- 1 tbsp chipotle powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 olive oil
- 4 slice bacon
- Clean and devein shrimp and put in large bowl.
- Cook bacon in pan that you can eventually cook shrimp in.
- Large cast iron works perfect.
- Cook until crisp.
- Don't drain grease, set aside.
- Dice bacon
- Add dry ingredients to shrimp.
- Add olive oil and toss.
- Marinade in fridge for at least 45 min.
- Reheat pan on medium, add bacon and shrimp.
- Cook until shrimp are pink.
- Enjoy in a great taco with my mango pico.
