Apricot Ginger Conserve Recipe
- 3 c. Dry apricots
- 3/4 c. Sliced, candied ginger
- 1/2 c. Orange juice
- 1/4 c. Lemon juice
- 5 c. Cool water
- 2 tsp Grated orange rind
- 1 tsp Grated lemon rind
- 2 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Minced nuts
- Wash apricots.
- Add in water, ginger, orange and lemon juice, grated rind, and sugar.
- Stir till well mixed.
- Simmer slowly, stirring frequently, till thick and clear.
- Add in nuts and cook 5 min.
