Pepitas Cheddar Cheese Ball

  1. Place cream cheese, cheddar cheese and shoyu (or soy sauce) in a food processor and pulse to blend completely.
  2. With a spatula, remove all of the tasty goodness (it will be soft) to a bowl and cover.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Lick off spatula (optional).
  5. Once cheese mixture is chilled, form into a ball and roll in the pepitas (on a plate) until cheese ball is covered.
  6. Serve with corn chips or thick tortilla chips or crackers.
  7. Sign autographs after serving to happy fans.
