Eggplants With Cream Cheese, and Sweet and Spicy Ground Meat with Miso Over Rice
- 100 grams Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 2 Eggplant
- 200 grams Pork mince
- 1 clove each Garlic and ginger
- 1 Japanese leek
- 1 tbsp Miso
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Gochujang
- 1 dash Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Plain cooked rice
- 1 dash, (to taste) Green onion (for garnish)
- Mince all ingredients, dice the cream cheese into 1 cm cubes and cut the eggplant into bite size.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Heat a pan and heat all ingredients until aromatic.
- Add ground pork and fry until it is all cooked and crumbly.
- Add the eggplant.
- Add the seasoning from step 2 to step 3 and stir fry it for about 2-3 minutes in medium heat, then turn off the heat.
- Add the cream cheese and mix it a little then the meat miso is ready.
- Top Step 4 over rice and garnish with green onions.
