Eggplants With Cream Cheese, and Sweet and Spicy Ground Meat with Miso Over Rice

  1. Mince all ingredients, dice the cream cheese into 1 cm cubes and cut the eggplant into bite size.
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Heat a pan and heat all ingredients until aromatic.
  4. Add ground pork and fry until it is all cooked and crumbly.
  5. Add the eggplant.
  6. Add the seasoning from step 2 to step 3 and stir fry it for about 2-3 minutes in medium heat, then turn off the heat.
  7. Add the cream cheese and mix it a little then the meat miso is ready.
  8. Top Step 4 over rice and garnish with green onions.
  9. Bon appetit.
