Turkey Salad with Fruit

  1. Mix the turkey, grapes, orange segments, water chestnuts, celery and onions in a large bowl, blending well.
  2. Mix the yogurt and soy sauce, blending well.
  3. Pour over the turkey mixture and toss.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until well chilled.
  5. Serve on the salad greens.
