Mozzarella-Stuffed Appetizer Meatballs

  1. Heat oven to 450F.
  2. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with parchment paper; set aside.
  3. Combine all meatball ingredients except cheese in bowl; mix well.
  4. Shape meat mixture into 24 meatballs; press 1 ball cheese into each meatball, covering cheese completely.
  5. Place onto prepared pan.
