Chicken Spaghetti Salad Recipe
- 8 ounce. uncooked spaghetti, broken in half
- 2 c. cooked minced chicken
- 2 c. fresh broccoli flowerets
- 1 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 c. minced purple onion
- 1/2 c. commercial Italian dressing
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dry whole basil
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Beau Monde seasoning
- Cook spaghetti according to directions, drain.
- Combine spaghetti and next 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Combine salad dressing, lemon juice, basil, seasoned salt, and Beau Monde seasoning; pour over spaghetti mix, tossing to coat.
- Cover and chill.
- Toss before serving.
- 4-6 servings.
