Asiago Dip With Crostini Recipe
- 1 c. light mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced green onions
- 1/3 c. grated Asiago or possibly Parmesan cheese, (about 11/2 1 ounce )
- 1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 c. sun-dry tomato sprinkles
- 1 ct low-fat lowfat sour cream, (8-oz)
- 1 Tbsp. grated Asiago or possibly Parmesan cheese, (1/4 oz)
- 32 slc diagonally cut French bread baguette (1/2-inch-thick) toasted, (about 2 baguettes)

- Preheat oven to 350 .

- Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl; spoon into a 1-qt casserole.
- Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp.
- cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 30 min or possibly till bubbly.
- Serve with toasted bread.
- Yield: 2 c. (serving size: 1 Tbsp.
