Hot mixed veggies

  1. Slice all veggies and place in jar
  2. Add all dry ingredients
  3. Add vinegar and seal jar/jars
  4. Boil jar/jars in a water bath for up to 30 minutes.
  5. Water temp should be 180 to kill off any bacteria.
  6. Place jar/jars on a towel and allow to cool.
  7. Lids will seal as they cool.
  8. Note... this is not a pressure cooking method.
  9. Eat and enjoy or put on shelf
