Hot mixed veggies
- 2 carrots
- 3 celery
- 1 cucumber
- 2 jalapeno
- 1 pickling vinegar
- 3 tbsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp dill or use 2 sprigs of fresh dill
- 1 pinch black pepper corns
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper
- Slice all veggies and place in jar
- Add all dry ingredients
- Add vinegar and seal jar/jars
- Boil jar/jars in a water bath for up to 30 minutes.
- Water temp should be 180 to kill off any bacteria.
- Place jar/jars on a towel and allow to cool.
- Lids will seal as they cool.
- Note... this is not a pressure cooking method.
- Eat and enjoy or put on shelf
