Cheesy Bacon Snack Bread

  1. Press dough into greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan or into 15x10x1-inch rectangle on greased baking sheet.
  2. Combine melted butter, onion salt and liquid smoke in bowl.
  3. Brush evenly over dough.
  4. Cover; let rise in warm place 45-60 minutes or until double in size.
  5. Heat oven to 375F.
  6. Prick dough carefully all over with fork.
  7. Sprinkle cheese and bacon evenly over dough.
  8. Bake 15-20 minutes or until edges of dough are golden brown and cheese begins to brown.
  9. Sprinkle with parsley.
  10. Cool 10 minutes.
  11. Cut into serving pieces; serve warm.
  12. *Substitute 1/3 cup real bacon bits.
