Orange and Yogurt Cake with Cinnamon Streusel Swirl and Walnuts

  1. Beat together first 5 ingredients for 4 minutes or until batter is light.
  2. To make the streusel, mix together sugar, flour, butter and cinnamon until blended.
  3. Spread half the batter into a greased 10-inch tube pan.
  4. Sprinkle with Cinnamon Streusel and cover with remaining batter.
  5. With a knife or spatula, cut into batter at 2 inch intervals.
  6. Sprinkle top with walnuts and press them lightly into the batter.
  7. Bake at 350 F. for about 45 to 50 minutes, or until top is browned and a cake tester, inserted in center, comes out clean.
  8. When cool, remove from pan and sprinkle top with sifted powdered sugar.
  9. Serves 8 to 10.
