White Chocolate Caramel Crispy Bites
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) JET-PUFFED Caramel SWIRLMALLOWS Marshmallows
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 5 cups KELLOGGS RICE KRISPIES cereal
- white chocolate melting wafers
- Prepare a 9x9 inch baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
- Stir in marshmallows until smooth and remove from heat.
- Carefully fold in cereal until evenly coated.
- Press evenly into prepared baking pan using a buttered spatula.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into one-inch bites.
- Melt white chocolate according to package directions and drizzle over the top of each bite.
- Allow chocolate to set before packaging or storing in an airtight container.
