White Chocolate Caramel Crispy Bites

  1. Prepare a 9x9 inch baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
  3. Stir in marshmallows until smooth and remove from heat.
  4. Carefully fold in cereal until evenly coated.
  5. Press evenly into prepared baking pan using a buttered spatula.
  6. Allow to cool completely before cutting into one-inch bites.
  7. Melt white chocolate according to package directions and drizzle over the top of each bite.
  8. Allow chocolate to set before packaging or storing in an airtight container.
