Light COOL 'N EASY Pie

  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 cup.
  4. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened.
  5. Remove any unmelted ice.
  6. Add 2 cups of the whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended.
  7. Refrigerate 10 to 15 min.
  8. or until mixture is very thick and will mound.
  9. Spoon into crust.
  10. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  11. Top with the remaining whipped topping just before serving.
  12. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
